Emmaline spent most of her life surviving. Surviving the loss of her parents at a young age, her grandparent guardians not far after, and now she is on the biggest survival quest of all. The beast within follows the adventures of Emmaline, a spirited and unknowingly "gifted" young woman who finds herself snow deep in a unforgiving forest full of secrets, murder, and possibly love.
